OTA software won't install!

Hi everyone,
I am having an issue where the OTA software patches will not install on the car as the "continue" button is greyed out. I have 2 patches waiting for install but with no way to install them.
I've taken the car to the dealer and they upgraded the software on the electric gearbox and said to wait 3 weeks for the OTA updates to clear. Tried all that and obviously they are clueless as to what's wrong.
Anyone else seen this?

Having the same exact issue for an update that was available on 11/5 titled "Software update for stabilizing the charging function".

Yep, that's in my queue too, behind this new one I just received.

I have no issue with mine. The last update was greyed out when I parked the car, but then I turned the car back on and off again and it worked.

also, dealer updated the electric gearbox? For the rear motor? Any shift changes when it does?

No there is still a massive lag between electric gearbox 1st and 2nd gears.

Just read a related thread on the EQS Sub forum. Apparently there is a stored code for the small 12v battery that stops the update from running. Clear the code and you should be good to install. I'll try this and let you know.
My 12v battery has given me a low voltage message because I haven't driven the car for a few weeks after surgery. I topped it up with a battery conditioner but I wonder if the error code needs clearing

was hoping they have a fix for that. that's the only flaw with this drivetrain imo.
