No separate solenoid. Recirc valves are on the turbos themselves, electronic. There's nothing to tee into.
If you've got an adapter plate, it bolts directly to the compressor housing where the factory diverter valve sits. Tight spot, driver's side is easier.

It’s the solenoid off the intercooler with pipe going to top of the air box so I’m assuming it’s sending any excess air back into the top of the filter box
The boys at Burger Motorsport told me this is correct but I believed there’s supposed to be another similar valve on or near the turbo so was unsure which is the correct one that is if there is indeed another
