2015 C63 or 2008 CLK 63 BS
I'm torn between a new 4.0 tt C63 or whatever they are going to call it or a used low mileage CLK 63 BS. Seems like most CLK 63 BS are low mileage, I'm guessing its due to the ride quality or lack there of that keeps the miles low. The prices have been stable at 70-75K for a while. But the availability of a MBZ warranty is ending at the turn of the year.. I don't know if I want to have a BS with no factory support. The BS specific parts have to be over the moon in cost. But they are over built and I bet under used or stressed.
The BS is stunning looking, but as the new car comes out may become a little dated..
Am I nutz or does this line of thinking ring home with others??
I recently sold a Ferrati 275 GTB/6C which was a stretch when I bought it, but was an extreme variant of the model, only 9 were built. It worked out to be a wise decision.
I don't know if the BS will follow the same path. Extreme car strong after market.Or just lease a new 2015 and out in 3 years...
Maybe I'm over thinking this,
Thanks,
Scott

MBWorld Fanatic!
Lease the W205. It'll probably outperform the BS all while being more comfortable. Remember, it's getting the SLS AMG's rear diff. This gen C63 will be a monster.

I guess that the announcement in September will give the answer. I have to expect the car will be stunning. I have to lean towards the new tech, but I have to say the BS is just striking on so many levels it keeps pulling me back in. I have not driven one yet which seems like the next thing to do.
