Merry Christmas from RADO

We would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy new year.

We have been hard at work in 2014 in order to develop some new and innovative Mercedes parts for 2015. We invested very heavily this year in equipment, research and development and manufacturing.

We have added a CNC 7 axis Screw Swiss Machine which allows us to do some very unique and precise manufacturing.

We are also adding a 4WD linked chassis dyno that will be installed in a noise control room with some unique modifications to the airflow system. We are having a rolling road air system installed which is very similar to the air system used in a wind tunnel. The air speed over the car in our dyno room will match the speed of the car on the dyno. This will create a true simulation of road conditions and will open the door to finally allow for precise tuning of these vehicles. Our dyno will be made available to all tuners to use.

NEW PARTS TO EXPECT TO SEE FROM US IN THE FIRST QUARTER OF 2015!!!

TURBOS-

We will have a stage 1 and a stage 2 turbo kit for the M157 engine.

Stage 1 will be a compressor wheel upgrade turbo which will be similar to what most tuners are offering but it will be sold at a very reasonable price.

Stage 2 will be a full ball bearing turbo with a larger compressor wheel and turbine wheel but it will be very different than other ball bearing options on the market right now. Our ball bearing turbo upgrade is designed to work with the factory water lines and oil lines for a simple, clean and trouble free installation. It will also be reasonably priced.
