C Class coupe (C205)

I'm guessing that the split-pano roof (shown here) will be a standard feature, while the full-pano glass roof will be an option?
Either way, I think it's still way too early to tell; from everything I've researched so far, the final product might not even share the saloon's face, and will look completely different.
From what I can tell so far, I think it'll actually be styled more like the GT-S than the S-Class Coupe.
Thoughts?

My opinion is there will not be a full pano option. All c class coupes will feature a tilting sunroof only, similar to the 6 series coupe and audi a5.
I think this is best case scenario because it preserves headroom as well as weight up top.

I hope the final production C205's have the full extent panoramic roof, otherwise my first mod will be to get that metal portion painted black to match
That rear boot/trunk lid sticking up the way it is might just be built up camo for deception, otherwise the end product may very well be a similar design to the GT.
Looks like the rear tail lights are definitely of a slimmer design, all thumbs up for that one as IMHO that's one part of the sedan (ie tail lights) I don't like at all.

I do hope the final product has a B pillar as this provides a better seal for the window glass and stiffer chassis, but if they make the chassis just as stiff without it as I'm sure it will be for the AMG variant then I for one won't mind at all
edit: In the first pic at the top it still appears to have B pillars though

Still going to be an awesome car though!

Agree, I too very much like the B pillar-less coupe layout, I own another brand of vehicle (Opel convertible) which is like that but as mentioned above if it turns out that way on the C205 I hope they get the chassis integrity and window seal right
It should definitely end up being an awesome car, especially the C63 variant, I'm also very keen and waiting to see the outcome of the convertible variant, top down with that new M177 roaring away will be something else and should look totally stunning as well

Guys, you know the camo is not just a wrap? Looks like they put styrofoam or something under the wrap to make it a different shape than it actually is. To prevent accurate renders. I'm guessing it will look like the S class coupe rear, but sized smaller.

However, from just eye-balling it based on the tail-lights and general shape of the rear, it looks more like a GT-S to me.
Does anyone see that, or am I just going crazy.
