So...What color wheels should I put on the car

So I need help deciding on what color wheels I'm putting on the car. Wheels have been chosen already

Pick one of the three in the poll! Even if you have another color suggestion still try to pick one of the three colors! Ill consider suggestions unless they are black or silver

Remember the color of my car is Polar White!

I had a hard time visualizing this so I thought I'd help you out with some contrast pics. I'm biased and absolutely love the black rims with the C63S -- one of the things that sold me on the car. If I can't get the black forge 19s from MB, I'm getting something similar aftermarket.

If I had to pick from your list, I'd go bronze.

I'm not allowed to go with black. These three are the colors I liked the most. Maybe I'll go black on my second set

I voted bronze, will look best IMO.

Although I personally love the 19" forged black wheels that will come (eventually) with the car....but that's me. That big pic above with the Polar White, night pkg, and black wheels is what I'm going for. Also, the rear spoiler in carbon will be added.

Yeah. Right now the plan is to pick up the car. Get wheels made to fit this car perfectly. So it sits flush. Big things planned already. The Aero on my car is also going to be all after market. The trim is going to black out. Plus a **** ton more. The first step is the wheels. Within three to four months this car will have a lot of aftermarket stuff.

TBH I never seen Civics with colorful wheels that often (just so we are clear I'm not a fan of bright green wheels, bright blue, and all those other random colors)

Civic owners aren't going to spend 5/6 thousand dollars plus on wheels. This is more of a person who mods their car vs someone who doesn't type thing. Me being a former BMW guy I will modify this car

I didn't know these cars were Civics

Agreed with this.

This isn't a Ferrari (or even an M3/M4). It looks really out of place on an understated AMG.

Nah, I'm definitely not saying you should stay stock or be boring! Aftermarket wheels are all good, even though I personally think the OEM cross-spoke 19's look great on the W205.

I just think colored wheels in general look tacky and can come across as a loud, look-at-me statement -- which seems the opposite of what AMG cars are all about. Cars like Ferrari's, Lambos, M4's, etc, can probably pull it off better, because they already shout look-at-me. But bright red wheels on an AMG sedan, not so much (in my opinion, of course).

Those are probably the nicest manufacture wheels I've seen for a car. I wasn't down to spend money on Mercedes wheels but thats just me. I always get black wheels. This time around I can't get black. These three are my favorite colored wheels. I prefer bronze the most, then gold, then red.

Well, of those three, I'd choose bronze

need more details when picking wheels

style of wheel?
lip, no lip?
if lip is it color matched or chrome/polished?
what color gold, rose gold, 24k gold, matte, other?

Red wheels are hard to pull off. I think in order to work correctly the car must be fairly low. I almost went this route white/red but decided you have to be a liberty walk Ferrari 458 to make it work, haha.

I would go with gold centers with polished stepped lips, sandwich mounted if possible

Forged Mono. HRE P101ish

One day I'm going to throw on some 501s though

The gold picture I posted above which is basically the same color as the M4 gold wheels.

Can't wait to see your progress on it! In fact, I can't wait to see your car the first day you take pics!

Yes, as people are saying, the AMGs are understated, but I think bronze wheels can work on the C63S because they still have a subdued metallic look instead of the shiny colorful look (red, gold, etc). SO I think bronze would work, although it would REALLY work on a black car. I'm sure you have seen these pics of the CLA45 wth bronze HREs:

Yeah I've seen those. See for me I didn't like those that much. They looked good but I'd go with a brighter bronze. On the CLA45 I put on black HREs. That car was simple. That's the way my brother wanted it. This car is gonna be more like jcartesque/rollinish lol. Everything can go two ways lol rollins rocket bunny looks dope af but I'm not a fan of the white one that long built.

That said, I DO like a good gun-metal finish. Was never really into black rims, personally.

After looking at all the pics I would go with bronze just because it is not as loud as the other ones. Question. What is the size your going for; wider and/or bigger?

Im sticking with 19s on this one, so ill be going wider. Im a huge fan of 18s but with no coilovers out yet the wheel gap will make me want to throw up
