Question Best winter tires?

While I have a winter car, there might be an occasion where I am out and it starts snowing and I have the c63, I am looking for a set of tires for new england weather. I don't care about "performance" winter tires, I just want a proper set of nordic winter tires so I don't die on the way back home.

Thanks again,

-Promise.

Its 90 and sunny in Chicago today, and you're worrying about winter already?

Nokian's are my first choice.

Vresdestein Wintrax Xtreme

Bridgestone Blizzaks are pretty good too

My car is an august production, so it won't arrive until September, I am just trying to get everything sorted out in the mean time.

Thanks!

I've used Blizzak LM-32s and Dunlop Winter Maxx tires on my W204 C63.

Both sets were square setups. Both setups performed flawlessly. The Dunlop Winter Maxx (dedicated, studless snow/ice tires) were perhaps a bit better in deeper snow and in slushy/icy conditions.

The Blizzaks (a performance-oriented winter tire) were a bit more agile in cold, dry conditions.

I would definitely recommend the Winter Maxx to anyone that wants a more dedicated snow/ice tire. The value is incredible, too.

Nokian Hakkapeliitta 8 studded.

That's the very best. I think this would be overkill for England winter.
But if you want best, these are it.
