I test drove that polar white c63 I told you about. I'm still in awe from it. I couldn't believe it did not have the perf exhaust because it sounded incredible.
It looks fantastic with the NSP. Much better in person then on Youtube.

What was the difference between the 2015 and 2016 models? Yes, I see the "edition 1" seems to be a 2015 model... Is the transmission different?

Colour combination with edition 1 looks great. I like the graphite stripe on the black exterior and the quilted seats give the interior a more luxurious feel. Congratulations!!! I very much doubt that you will revert back to an M3/4 after this...

The E1 is a limited edition first year model. At least in the US the E1 is all cosmetics, but some of them are quite nice. In particular, the following are exclusive to the E1 and are not otherwise available


* The steering wheel is completely covered in Alcantra, rather than just the 3 & 9 o'clock positions


* The seats have a quilted stitching pattern with red thread


* The interior trim is red carbon fiber


* The forged black spoke wheels have a red stripe around the rim


* There are various red stripes and gray accents


* AND (drum roll please) the steering wheel has a badge that says "Edition 1" ;-)


Overall, a nice cosmetics package if you like that sort of thing. Other than that, the E1 comes optioned with various generally available options like the performance seats, performance exhaust, night styling package, pano roof (blah!), forged wheels, carbon fiber interior trim, multimedia package, etc.


There are no changes to the engine or transmission between 2015 and 2016 (at least none that MB has announced).

Thanks.... there's one at a dealer nearme where the original owner supposedly RETURNED IT AFTER 140 MILES. And then the dealer has the gaul to still try to charge sticker price for it!!! We all know that as soon as he/she drove that off the lot, the dealer would have taken $5k off the top immediately. So the original owner supposedly got into a G wagon AMG instead.... HARD to believe....


It DOES look very nice. But like the OP, I am worried about the fact that it's a "2015" when all the 2016's are out. Also, for $87k, it doesn't have the options that I would have liked on it had I custom ordered it to begin with.

Dealer wants $2000 off of this car that was "returned" only after 140 miles... I'm struggling with the fact that this is a 2015 and the car that I can order with my options would be a 2016....


Thoughts anyone?

How are you liking the C63s in comparison to your M4 at this time. We to are trading in our F80 M3 for a C63s Sedan and are very much looking forward to the transition being how overpopulated the streets are with horrendous looking F8x's

... This is crazy I thought after reading your review you lucked your f80 way more. Why the sudden change seeing more f80s on the road can't really make u change your mind on that alone? The lost of selling a f80 so quick is going to take a major hit, what are the other reasons behind this? Curious if more time with the c63 is U like it more then the bmw

You should expect $3000 off a new 2016. $2000 off a used 2015 is a pittance. Should be at least $6000 off - at least.
