More money more problems
Picked up my car at the dealership today. They didn't fix the original problems, but I wanted to drive it over the weekend since they had no solution yet(waitiing for update on technical case from Mercedes). And dam, that process was long. I knew my service centers customer service was pretty bad from past cars but this time it was nonexistent... I wasn't really ticked since I wasn't expecting much, I will just drop it back off monday for horever long they need it. Then I got anothrr message saying my car needs to be started in order to keep the command powered. Checked the battery and it had been partially drained.

I am sorry that your ride has a technical infant mortality issue, but unless the cause is one of engineering design, it's most likely a sample defect due to a part failure. At least your car is driveable unlike some other reports of flatbed trucks being used to retrieve the failed car.
Mercedes will get it resolved and IF the defect is more widespread then they will issue a TSB for a VIN number range to effect the correction.

Is this the location on Division St?
I had a horrible experience with them and refuse to go there again. They double filled my x's C63 engine with oil. So twice the oil amount and I drove it for 30 miles like that. And then they wanted me to drive it back to them from 30 miles away.

So far everything has been fixed. Dear god I know that place has horrible service, they just happen to have the car so I ended up buying there. I won't be servicing my car there that's for sure. The problem ended up being wires pinched during assembly of the car in the rear, after the fix the car has been perfect. Finally get to enjoy her a bit
