Nano Ceramic Clear Coat?

Nano Ceramic Clear Coat?
I know that some Mercedes auto have a nano ceramic clear coat. I have read some posts elsewhere that the US manufactured Mercedes do not have this. Does anyone know?

Have read that Mercedes Germany discontinued using ceramic clear coat - was PPG's CeramiClear.
New factory paint looks to be BASF's Glasurit series that does not use ceramic content.
Thickness of the clear coat could be 30 microns - not sure. Seem to recall that UV protection in the clear coat was concentrated in the top layer - maybe true for the CeramiClear.
Will be interested to hear from the experts here on this.
