Is this product specifically made for door seals or is it just being used for the purpose of lubrication? I have a can of of silicon spray made by WD-40, is it the same stuff?

Any silicone spray at auto parts store. The MB dealer should have some handy for you to use at no charge I`m sure, but you should have a can handy as you may need to treat the seals periodically.

Everyone should have a can handy anyway. It has so many household uses.

I swear I'm just like the guy from Big Fat Greek Wedding, but for me it's silicone spray instead of Windex.
