Well, if I pull up next to a VW Polo, I'm leaving it in comfort and then we'll see who's smiling at the checkered flag.

its complicated and slow, because most MB drivers will never need to use it. If MB is at a track, obviously, the launch control would've been prepped.

Very silly test since any legal competitive use of launch control would be in a situation where you had plenty of time to prepare and get it set up.
Regardless, it was good to see the C63S beat the M by a full second in the 1/4 even if their respective times were terrible. I suspect the surface was crap. On the other hand, it probably took the M's potentially better off the line traction out of the equation and made for a better comparison of the cars' respective engine power.
