A Mercedes-AMG presentation in South Africa quickly turned sour when a GT-S coupe and a C63 S sedan collided into each other.
According to the folks over at Zero2Turbo, who provided the video of the accident together with stills from the aftermath, it happened at the Zwartkops Racetrack in Johannesburg, South Africa, "where the cars were performing a small show for clients".
Evidently, the four Mercedes-AMG cars were supposed to weave through each other, but it seems one or more drivers got confused and the blue C63 S sedan smashed into the yellow GT S sportscar throwing it off the track.
One driver suffered some minor bruises, but no one else was hurt. The two cars were reportedly "declared write-offs on scene".
