Bummer, I was hoping orders would begin in January with deliveries starting March 2016. Surprising it will be a full year since introducing the car for deliveries to actually start. Hopefully the configurator for US-spec Coupes appear sometime this month -- Germany and UK sites already have them.

JP - I heard all C63 Coupes are all being built in Germany this time around, as opposed to the sedan. Any truth to this?

Another day, another pic or two...

Still no pricing for the US, hopefully the configurator comes online this month.

UK Pricing - Sedan vs. Coupe:

This C63 coupe seriously has me considering the W205 coupe over the W204. Can we put in deposits at the dealers yet?

The seats will be the same as the sedan, performance seats optional. Yes, the C205 will be built in Germany. I would assume we will get Matte finish paints/Brilliant Blue in the US.

Just wondering, does that mean European delivery is an option?

still blows me away how Mercedes literally ruined the interior of their new cars with that useless ipad tablet screen. instant deal breaker. BMW did it so much better. the exterior of the c63 coupe is amazing though.

I initially felt the same way about the COMAND screen in my prior car - definitely looked like an afterthought.
That said, it's grown on me. My impression is that it's a good quality screen, easy to navigate and larger than most built-in screens. Hopefully they can find a clever way to improve the design in the future, possibly by increasing the information available via the HUD.

Do agree with your comment in regards to BMW. Test drove the M3 as an alternative to the c63, and while it is a fantastic car that offers a lot of fun on twisty roads, the interior design is becoming dull and the rattles and creaks in the car instantly turned me off.
I fully understand that people like the M4, and I would also agree that it's more of a "driver's car", but for me personally it comes down to MB's balanced approach to comfort and sportiness.

Interestingly there is a difference in CO2-emissions and consumption.
Coupe S -200g/100km and Limousine S -192g/100km.
Consumption/100km: Coupe 8.6l and limousine 8.2l.
Is this due to wheel-size difference?

Totally agree with those points. I think the MB interior and of course sound is what made me switch over after 8 years of BMW.

The BMW materials just seen a bit cheap or even bland in comparison to MB currently eg: I'm over the plastic like wood trim in the BMW's. The screen has and will take some getting use to, but I think most of my attention and senses will be focused on so many other things to even worry about the screen positioning at the end of the day so probably not a big issue when you think about that.

That could well be but I'm talking more a long the lines of aesthetically I guess.

There sure seems to be a lot of talks about the creaks in the first roll out of the C63s, and I guess it's something you just need to take a bit of a gamble on getting in early.

As another member recently pointed out to me that he usually waits for the later models to come out so all the teething issues are out of the way. Just whether you can wait that long though I guess.

Yes, Euro Delivery shouldn't be a issue at all.

Now there is the reason to pickup a new coupe from Germany. :-)

No one seems to have picked up on this so I'll answer it for you

It's due to the shorter diff ratio on the coupe compared to the sedan.

If you get the chance read up on all the technical literature released so far of this machine, it is different in many technical aspects more than ever before compared with its sedan sibling - and the better for it.

People commenting that the sedan looks better seriously need a taste bud transplant LOL

AlexZTuned keep the pics coming, some are absolutely amazing, the full frontal and full rear shots have me drooling
