Are 63 front fenders wider then the regular c class ?

Yes, the W205 C63 Sedan has a wider front track, but only slightly flared front fenders at .55 inches per side or 1.1 inches total over the standard W205 body. The rear track and rear fenders are the same width as the standard W205 body.
The C205 C63 Coupe has both wider front and rear track, with front fenders at 2.51 inches and rear fenders at 2.59 inches over the standard C205 Coupe. The wider rear track is to accommodate an all new rear suspension/diff setup that's unique only to the C63 Coupe (which is said to be carried over to the next-gen E63).
This is why the C63 Coupe looks significantly wider than the C63 Sedan (because it is).
