ECU is a VIN coded part and cannot be used in another car than the one it has been coded for. Now you can buy a new or used ECU and get it programmed for your car with a tune. I only know Weistec as a vendor able to do so.
You can also buy a tune from a vendor offering a handheld device which will allow you to go back and forth between a tune and your OEM file.
It almost sounds like Vullnet wants to add an extra ECU to up the hp or to have another one for a tune while one remains stock. Sadly it does not work that way as abcut973 said.
i search something like the JB4 Tune for The BMW Turbo Engines.
somthing with more Maps that you can use. with JB4 you have map 0 = the car is like Stock.
with the other maps you can use more power from the tune.
additional you can take 30% Ethanol E85 (gives a lot of power)
and you can install Catless Downpipes without Enginge Check Failure. i think this is the perfekt tune for cars.
