Been reading a lot lately abt Netstar, tool which is being used by MB dealerships in the US for tracking an ordered vehicule.
Anyone knowing if this tool is also available down here in Europe ?
According to my local dealer, there's nothing available from MB for tracking the status of my order.
Would love to check facts iam hearing from him after having signed for my MY 2016 C63S Sedan

not only my local dealer i asked but even to the guys from MB Swiss' headquarter... No tools whatsoever !
kinda frustrating for such a brand and ordered vehicle. Maybe there are others guys here that could further help but for now all i have is facts from dealer

once the car is completed, the name of the vessell is announced and you can track it that way. but other than netstar - there is no alternative. i give my clients updates as they happen.

it would have been cool to get updates through an app/on a mobile device or with a username to login into MB site. Heard that some of the other manufacturers out there are already doing it.
