race start

i know this has been discussed and its pretty simple but for some stupid reason i think I'm not doing it right

What i do is pull the pedals both towards me it will then ask me to confirm race start which i do with the right pedal then ill get a message depress accelerator this is were i get stuck should i be holding the brake and accelerator and the same time and then let go off the brake, because when i rev the car while holding the brake it will disable race start, or do i just push the gas when it says depress accelerator and also at what rpm should i be revving it at I'm always getting to much wheel spin

1 do you have to have traction control complete off

Left foot hard on the brake pedal(throughout this whole process). Pull both paddles together. Pull right hand paddle to engage race start. Accelerator pedal full down and when the revs reach the limit leg go of the brake pedal.

^^^ Easier said than done. Thank you for that. The other explanation given to me was not this short and concise.

This one has been tricky for me as well.

Thanks for the great summary!

try the 2 foot technique. most of us use 1 foot to drive. if you are racing you use 2 feet.
