C63S Preview: FI Exhaust + Catless Downpipes + PP-Performance Stage 2 Tune + KWV3
Hi everyone,
Some of you may have seen the C63S we tuned last week with PP-Performance. That was a stage 1 tune creating over 100whp in the mid-range and over 175 ft lbs of torque.
Delivered to us today is another C63S which will receive the following:
* Full Frequency Intelligent valvetronic exhaust with catless downpipe
* PP-Performance Stage 2 ECU tune
* KW V3 Coilovers
* BMC Air Filter
* Eurocharged Stage 1 Cooling Upgrade
We hope to have everything done by the end of the week. I will make sure to post the results, dyno sheets and sound clips for all of you to hear. Anyone local feel free to stop by and check it out!

So if we purchase your DP's, are you recommending that we drop the motor for installation? That's the first I've heard of anyone doing that -- I thought the transmission could be pulled for install?
Really a shame that it's so difficult to install a simple set of downpipes on this car... the labor alone is going to cost nearly as much as the downpipes.

But then you ruin brand new OEM downpipes that are probably worth well over $3k with those pricey catalytic converters. That's not really an option for people that want or need to return back to stock at some point (whether it be for a dealership visit, or reselling the car).
Considering the hot V setup, you'd think swapping downpipes would be a simple 1-2 hour job, not an entire engine or trans pull. Swapping the turbochargers looks to be a far easier job!

Thanks for all the feedback everyone! This car will be complete by tonight. We will have it run on the dyno and I will share the results with everyone in the morning. Stay tuned!

The car is still here. Customer went out of the country for a month so we have a little bit of time with it. We had to take the ECU back out for a correction. Feel free to PM me your contact info and we can talk further!
