Has anyone done a rear diffuser removal on W205?

2016 C63S AMG SEDAN
Has anyone done a rear diffuser removal on W205?
I've got the car up on my lift and see lots of riveted assembly. I can drill them out but just wondering if anyone has done this that can provide some advice to avoid any mistakes or unnecessary steps taken.
I have a CF rear diffuser I thought I could install myself but questioning the disassembly definitely not anything like the W204!

Did you end up removing the rear diffuser? What do you mean by drill out the riveted?
I got a new diffuser plus exhaust tips that I want to install myself and was looking over seems pretty easy but the riveted part for me just stuck on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I didn't remove it yet. I ordered a different rear diffuser from PSM and I am waiting on its delivery.
