Here are a few pics after lowering the car 10mm front and 4-5mm rear.

The rears tyres are stretched out so now it can definitely fit 305s... Might try out a 5mm spacer in the back until I wear out the back.

Could lower the front more but this is low enough get light scrapes on the front already.

Looking good Sanch. You are single handedly responsible for me getting the KW sleeve kit for my car when it arrives.

What's the thinking on a 5mm spacer at the rear? Is it just from lowering it with the new wheels or do you think the wheel offset could have put the wheel slightly further out?

I already run out of ideas as to how I wait another 5 months for my car...

It's the best, it changes the whole stance and look of the car. I had mine on as soon as I took delivery of the car along with spacers.

Offsets are fine I used my 295s from my old wheels, i could have gone 305s.

Until I change my tires I'll put the spacers I like the wheels pushed right out to the guards (aggressive).

Waiting for the car is the worst... Time goes so slow! Haha

Have you decided on the wheels?

It's a bit of a battle in my head on wheels! Going back and forth between a couple of BC options - either the HT02 or HB05. I'm staying with 19 inch size to not harshen the ride so am trying to assess what will look good versus not quite right as it's not the usual 20 inch you see in most of the online pics. Worried the HT02 just won't work on a 19 rim and the HB05 with a bit of concave will look a be a better fit.

Going to stay brushed black on both rim and disc - while the black rim looks fantastic when you see the wheel alone it gets lost a bit on the car with the tyre and will look even smaller. Stu would like to me to go 20s but it's my daily and I am sure I'll get sick of the ride on rubbish Melbourne roads.

To recap selenite grey estate, will black out badges and drop the car with a KW sleeve kit. Let me know which you think will work best!

Mines a daily too - I would personally go 20"on a big car like the estate. But finally its up to you.

I like these wheels. They will look epic!

I agree with you on wheels - think the HB05 pictures will look fantastic agains the otherwise fairly conservative body shape of the estate.

I know the 20s will look amazing but my 40-something back may not take the punishment yours can! Will see if I can find a car to drive on 20s that will give me an idea of how it will feel before deciding one way or another.

Great job! From the pics, do the wheels look like they are slightly inwards vs your OEM's with the spacers?
Vic, quick update for you. The stretch on the tires have made the set up less aggressive as I would've liked it to be.

So I'm getting the shop to go up in size for the tires for a more square set up that will make it more aggressive. Hoping to have them on next week.

Sanch, I'm looking forward to seeing that setup as those are the sizes I plan on using. To me the stretch setup looks best when the car is very low. My thought is with the larger sizes I can lower it for a more aggressive look without having to go too low. The bonus should be a better ride, that is if they don't rub.

Now that will be STRONG.... traction and width.

275s are on the front. Look great, its filled up the guards nice!

The ride feels better. I was on the free way, no rubbing whatsoever. Car looks fat.

The rears however will not fit the 305s on the 11 without rubbing. Need to go to a 11.5 or 12 and it will be perfect as it needs a tad stretch.

Might run a 5mm spacer for now just to make it a little more aggressive. Will have it on in a week of so.

Will get some pictures of the front once I get the car detailed over the weekend.

I have a question for you that may seem stupid. I am going to receive my C43 at the end of March, and am going to have it ceramic coated / fully wrapped in a clear bra. To me, common sense seemed to dictate that I would do the ceramic coating FIRST, and then put the clear bra on after (I'm still trying to decide between Xpel and Suntek - Been leaning towards Xpel this whole time but my installer told me the new Suntek Ultra also has a 10 year warranty and is "more clear with less texture").

The only issue, is that the installer just told me that he recommends doing a clear bra FIRST, and then doing the ceramic coating on top. It seems completely contradictory to me, as the ceramic coating would not be bonding to the paint; however, I have found lots of stuff online recommending both ways. So, to make a long question short, which order did you do it in? Thank you!!

Clear bra first then the coating on top!

If you coat the car first its harder to apply the PPF and most likely will not be as perfect as you would like it to be.

Not a stupid question at all, I had no idea of the procedure until the shop explained it to me lol
