He means the extra bits in the pic - wider side things, front splitter and rear diffuser change. Answer is - I believe Mode Carbon are or will be doing some or all of these parts. In addition you should be able to get the parts through Mercedes directly. The front splitter is a bolt on, not sure about the rear because I haven't looked and the car is currently sat at the dealer. The wider side thingies may be more of a problem/expensive because they seem to be part of the side skirt... but I may be wrong
