Transmission disengaged mid throttle
Some worrying problems with my 63 coupe.
Was driving on a twisty road around 80-100km when the transmission suddenly and completely disengaged.
Pulled over - used the stalk to change into P and R which worked fine but then when it went in D, the gears did not engage. A restart fixed it.
Anyone else had this problem?
And to be clear the car did not go into N...it was clearly in D.

Yeh i got a video after i pulled over showing theTransmission gears not engaging in D. Will be interesting too see what they say. Without the video im sure they would have just said it was your fault by putting it in to neuteral
