Which DVD format is recognizable on my C63S?

Hello guys,
I'm pretty excited on my up coming road trip from California to Seattle.
My wife wants to watch movies and videos on the monitor and I guess I could burn these onto a DVD?
Which format to burn?

Thanks!
Jay

For the format just pop the dvd in question and see if it works while in park. I'd think any commercial dvd or anything in the mp4 format should work.

For the while driving part I hesitate to suggest this as is is probably not safe and definitely not legal but this does work and is well reviewed on this forum.

I'm thinking of getting this more for the capability to manipulate the navigation in motion while I have a passenger in the car.

Good luck and be safe.

Thank you!
I won't really watch the video while driving, I enjoy listen to it more.
I love my C63S, it's such a fun drive. I used to love the BMWs, but now the C63S definitely wins the competition in this segment

These systems will run anything you can run at home.

Unless they have changed the systems you cannot watch a DVD on the display in the front seats while the car is in gear.
Only rear seat passengers in cars equipped with Video screens can watch while underway.
If she who shall be listened to wants to watch movies load them on an iPad or other tablet for the trip.
