W205 AMG Headlight Adjust
To adjust the vertical positioning of the headlights on the W205 AMG, simply use a 6mm hex tool to turn the hex screw (shown in the attached in red) clockwise for up, or counter-clockwise for down. I note that it takes quite a few turns to move the level by an appreciable amount.
I also recommend driving with your chosen tool in the car at night for a while, as you might inadvertently adjust them too high and would need to lower while out.
I didn't see a way to adjust the horizontal spread.
This car has the standard LED headlamps (not the fancy adaptive lamps of the P3 package)
