Rebellion Piggy Boost Shutdown
Hi All
Calling all the Rebellion piggy owners, has anyone experienced the complete loss of boost when using this piggy? After a short burst of spirited driving, the boost shuts off and the car needs to be switched off and restarted to get the boost back. No warning lights appear.
I've tried piggy settings 1-4.
any feedback would be appreciated

Since when does the rebellion module have settings? All the ones I have seen just have a plug and a override cable.
There were many issues like this in the past. I had bad luck with mine ans returned. Also there has been many reports of the car doing this exact thing with no tune. Did it ever happen before the box?
I think there is a fault code someone pulled for "overboost" that didn't throw a CEl or anything but shuts off the boost. That may be happening.
Lastly where did you mount the box? Is it in a place that gets very hot? That was another issue. Spirited driving equals heat.

The car runs perfectly with the bypass plug on. And in terms of heat, this happens so after the car warms up so there's not much heat.

yeah if it runs with the bypass plug then you are having the same issue as many of us from the group by last year had. i went through 3 units and a second wire harness and could never get it to work. ended up returning it.
Got a flash tune a few months ago and no problems at all. running the Piggy i always felt like something was going to explode to be honest.

Thanks again for the feedback.
Still no response from the guys at Rebellion.. which is pretty sad.
Going to get the system removed this week.
For those looking to buy a piggy and have professional customer service that goes with it, think again before choosing Rebellion. Terrible experience from my end.
