Should I remove the secondary cats on my '16 c63s?
if so what else would I have to do to avoid getting the engine light from popping up?

In Turbo Cars you want Exhaust gas Velocity at higher levels before the turbine in order to get the turbine to spool faster. After the turbine you want as little back pressure as possible and since back pressure is a by-product of higher exhaust velocity you want larger diameter piping. The turbine operates on pressure ratio so higher pressure before the turbine lower after allows the turbine to spin inturn spinning the compressor inducer faster to higher boost levels.
