CD Changer
Hi everyone,

where is the CD changer located in w205 C63s Edition 1? Cant Find it. Also I see that there is a Wireless Lan in the car. does anyone know how to get a password or how to operate it. Does it require sim card?

Current :2018 E63S and a 2018 GLE 63S . Prior, CLA 250, C450, 2017 AMG C63S
For the Wifi.. Sucks that it's only 3G. SLOW!!! I rarely connect to mine.

CD Changer?!? Are people still using those bits of plastic? We've had our E classes for 2 1/2 years and never put anything into the slot.
Actually, I'm just assuming that I have a place to put CDs, as honestly I'm not sure...

there is a CD slot but i was not able to find the load option. like it was in the previous ntg versions... does it load only one CD?

There is no CD Changer. It's a 1 CD only deal.

I remember seeing somewhere that you can "Rip" CD's to the hard drive.... or from a USB stick.

You can indeed. While in the 'Media' menu, just go to 'Options' > 'Save Files to Media Register'

I just thought I'd bump this thread to say that:
1) This solution works and is awesome - preserves the OEM system and look, while giving great quality without costing a fortune.
2) @A1EK 's easy method for removing the CD changer is great - way better than taking apart half the interior!
