Hi All,
New here so apologies up front for lack of forum experience.
I am in need of owners and enthusiast for their experience and knowledge.
I have the means and opportunity to purchase a 2010 C63 local to me here in Ma. It has 13k mi and with sales tax get in it for under 40k.
Does this seem like a good deal?
What are the thoughts on the Headbolt issues that have been plaguing these motors? I have so many questions and really want to pull the trigger but I'm concerned about lack of warranty and reliability.

Here is the first tip. This is the w205 section and 2010 is a w204. Post over there and they can help you out

The head bolt defect is associated with a specific vin# range. Find out the vin of the vehicle that you are looking at. If it's in the affected range, find a good indy shop that works on MB and MB AMGs and get a quote for doing the replacement. Factor that into your budget and use it to haggle on the purchase price for the car.

You can buy my '12 C63 for under $40k, and not worry at all about head bolt issues. I'm in NH, and work in MA.

Thanks Mr.J I do have the VIN how would I search for the affected range for the problem?

Appreciate the local input nobbyv.. There was another post for Autotrader but it was in MD lot of options on that C63 and it was under $40
