Normal running temperatures

Hi all. I'm 4 months in and still loving the car now its fully run in.

I was wondering what normal C63S running temps everyone was getting?

I'm currently sitting at 97-100C (210F) engine oil 87-90C (190F) transmission depending on situations.

I know the manual says Engine oil can get to 120C but that is a bit extreme I think.

I'm heading to the European Alps in a few months to drive some of the passes and know from experience the effects high altitudes can have on running temps. So wanted check if my current temps were normal and if any of you have experience of driving the car at "thin air" altitudes (how high can temps jump).

Normal for Texas summer heat with normal driving is 215F (101C) for engine oil and 175F-180F (79C-82C) for transmission temp.

The temps you are seeing sound completely normal.

There is another thread on this but I get 213 F on engine and 183 f on trans with normal driving and it jumps up about 10 15 deg f when pushing hard in the twistys.
