I put snow chains on my corvette in the winter.. they work great.. burnouts are crazy awesome!!
The tricky thing is that with the 19 and 20 inch set up for the 63 coupé, there's barely any room for anything. Has anyone tried fitting chains? If you have, and it's worked, would you be so kind as to let me know what the make and model was?
You do have a point. However, I live downunder, where a trip to the snow is 5 hours of lovely winding roads away and snow only happens on-mountain (which is where I reckon the chains will come into play). It'd be such a pity to leave the 63 back home just cos of that.

Yes, snow chain, if available, would be the best option in your situation. My situation is the same around winter and early spring where my house can be under blizzard-like condition and my frequent destinations are 60-70 degrees, or vice versa, and thus I have also inquired about the same on another forum. Indeed, clearance is little so something low profile is the key. Someone sent me a link to Amazon but I ended up getting winter tires. However, I'll see if I can find the make and model of the chains (I have not tried them personally) and get it back on this thread if I find it.
