How Different is the C63 Sedan's Widebody vs Standard C-Class?
I know about the wider front fenders and its overall length is slightly longer but is there anything else? For example, the M3 has a noticeable bulge for the rear wheel arches whereas the rear half of the C63 looks identical to the C43 and even the 'normal' C-class models.

There will be no mistake that it's a C63. The front hood is more aggressive as well:

Sedan = flared front fenders are 1.1 inches wider than the standard W205 body. The rear track and rear fenders are the same width as the standard W205 body. The hood is also lengthened by 2.36 inches.
Coupe = flared front fenders are 2.51 inches wider and rear fenders are 2.59 inches wider than the standard C205 body. The Coupe's rear track is wider than the sedan in order to accommodate a unique rear suspension/diff setup that's shared with the E63 Sedan. The hood is also lengthened by 2.4 inches.
The C63 Coupe only shares the doors, roof, and trunk with the standard C205 body - all other body panels are unique to AMG.
