2015 Mercedes-AMG C63S
M176, 177, 178 ignition coil recall
Got a letter from mercedes-benz Taiwan
engines made between 01/2015-11/2015 may have faulty ignition coil
Is this a worldwide recall?
Does this explain the "check engine light" issues?

2020 C63s Coupe, 2016 C63s Sedan
The listed VINs indicate only cars made in Germany (VIN begins with a 'W').

Although, others could be affected and those are the only vehicles MB Taiwan is concerned about.

But all the engines were made in Affalterbach, so I am thinking this recall should affect other countries
