Retrofit carbon ceramic brakes help
I'm thinking of Retrofitting carbon ceramic brakes to my c63s I'm confused and wanting some help are they a strait swap or is there a lot more to it like different control arms caliber brackets ecu
I'm only talking about the front brakes

I do believe the calipers are the same, just different color - the rotors would be a bolt on swap. Simply remove the Steel Rotors and place the CC Rotors in their place.
I can say that there will be nothing like control arms, knuckles or the like. I would just verify the OD of the Rotor first but from seeing them both in person I'm pretty confident that they're the same size caliper and should fit without issue.

You will have to use spacers to push the calipers back and pads will also need to be replaced.
On the R8 and Lamborghini the ABS unit has to be re-coded for CCB set up. Not sure if that is the case with MB.
