A5 Black Edition - C63 S on order!
2018 Facelift AMG 63 s Coupe

I've recently read various articles around the new facelift version of the C63 Coupe with conflicting comments on when they go on sale and when we can expect delivery.

Some have said it will be 2018 and then others have said it will be the Saloon in 2018 and the Coupe in 2019!

Does anyone have any any concrete information on this?

Sedan probably late 2018... Coupe probably late 2019.

there are no major updates for 2018 MY cars.

there are incremental changes that occur every new MY, but not the virtual cockpit or any exterior updates that people seem to be waiting for.

I dont get it...

If there are no real updates and its not a LCI update (like BMW have mid production) why are some people running around bragging (sorry but there's no other word I can see for it) about having a 2018 C63?

Can someone please explain why a 2017 is better or different to a 2018?

Is it just a US thing?

If I ordered a new car in the UK now it looks like it would be no different to the 2017 I already have.

2018 had different things standard vs 2017.... nothing major.

You can expect another 1.5 years before you see any facelift on the road.

anyone doing this is either a child or a moron. So just ignore them. There are no major changes and even if there were it would not be quantifiable to boast about having an 18 over a 17.
