2017 C63S coupe, mis-aimed ILS Intelligent LED headlights - software issue?
Headlights point too low on road, and right one too far out to right. Been in the shop 4 times now (~3 weeks total) and they've tried everything from replacing the physical parts, electrical wire harnesses, etc., and have determined it's a software issue. Since then, they'be been taking snapshots of the code and sending to Germany to investigate. At this point, again waiting for Germany to send back another software package that will be re-coded onto my car to hopefully finally fix this issue. In another holding pattern now.
Anyone heard of this happening? Any personal experiences or insights I may share with my service tech at MB Plano?

Dealing with Germany is horrible. I've been waiting over 9 weeks for replacement door panels when I was told it would take 3-4 weeks.
My headlights look fine but I have had the issue of the sidemarker light going out multiple times even after reprogramming and replacing the headlight. I will be taking it again to see what they will do next.

I have the same problem with sue marker light drivers side. Been in the shop 5 times for this problem. Replaced the headlight, upgrades the software and now working with factory for a solution.
