Aftermarket air intakes
Anyone done any homework have good data / thoughts on the aftermarket intake offerings?
Looking at Weistec carbon fiber intake with cone filters and a different box shape and intake snorkel configuration vs. the Dime Racing carbon fiber intake using a larger than stock flat panel filter set up and features different intake snorkels, then there is the Arma intake with the smaller box design with the slots cut in side of boxes......any feedback out there with these?

While I'm sure you meant well by linking to a previous search for the subject at hand, you need to remember that search results are session-based and also expire after a period of time.
Basically, your link does nothing.

If you are referring to one of the very limited amount of W205 AMG intake threads that comes up in search, not much of any good detailed info in any of them. Trap speed was xxx, after this companies air box it climbed to xxx. My intake temps were, I found the exact measured additional volume of intake possible with said airbox........those types of things you want to know if caring about actual performance!
