Question Rear brake pads?

Trying to find some rear pad replacements for a C63s sedan. So far I've only found Porterfield or OEM. Are there any others?

I'm thinking of going with Hawk Performance ceramics in the front. What is best for street use on the back? I'm thinking Porterfield but not sure which model or product #.

Second the porterfield for sure. I had them on my 204 and they were great. If anyone finds the 205 rear caliper part number, please share with the group. Thanks

I just heard back from Porterfield and they said the correct part number for W205 rear pads is AP1669.

I just ordered some for $137 shipped and Hawk performance ceramic front pads (PN: HB731Z.620) for $127 shipped.

It's not good to mix different types of pads front and back.

For regular driving, it'll probably be OK.

But for spirited/track driving, it won't be great.

How are you liking that setup? I'm trying to figure out what pads to go with that are less dusty than oem.

In another thread someone recommended ECB red stuff and had good experience with them (less brake dust) I plan to check them out when I get a chance...porterfield supposedly make the same amount of brake dust.

I did a quick online check after that post and it seems like the consensus is HAWK ceramic pads are superior to ECB
