Air intake sounds
Hello everyone, quick question regarding adding air intake systems to our cars.
If I were to purchase and install an air intake system (the new Weistec system for example), would I get the turbocharger "blow off" sound? In other turbocharged cars I have owned when adding an air intake the diverter valve became much much louder.

You might hear more of an induction sound (the air being sucked into the engine) but you would be a "Blow off" valve for what you are talking about. I believe. Maybe someone who knows more about will chime in. On a separate note, please don't ruin your car and install a blow off valve. Its not a civic.
