Went for a service b today with 10,000 ks and was told my rear diff seal is leaking because i lower the car has anyone come across this issue, i told them I'm not paying a cent and got it done through warranty, what do you guys think (bull**** reason why it would leak)

Can't see how a lowered suspension can cause the differential seal to leak, unless you lowered it so much it hit something. It's probably leaking cause the tech who did your 2000 mile diff fluid change jacked it up.

Unless you drove over something, there's no way lowering you car caused the rear diff leak. They are just looking for a way out of the repair.
