I would like to personally extend an apology to you all those affected by our Covid-19 mandates, my July and November car accidents and my 21 day stay at Nyack Montefiore’s Behavioral unit.
We were mandated to shut down our shipping department due to the zoning codes and social distancing practices over the course of Summer 2020.
While I was in the hospital we had about 50 items clearing up in the paint department that all got tarnished due to the non-communication policies at the hospital.
Almost 8 months later and I’m still trying recover from the accident. Receiving constant medical supervision and it has been hindering our ability to deliver.
We are doing our very best to get back up and running, but at this point I’m really just trying to hang in there mentally.
Thank you so much to those whom stood by us and we send out a heartfelt apology to all of those whom were affected by the aforementioned problems.
I would like to personally extend a 50% off voucher to all those that didn’t get their order and/or a $500 rebate card.

Post a simple note on the website, that you are experiancing the said issues, and you will resume orders, and taking peoples money once you are able to deliver.
At current, what is happening , is ALL your hard work on reputation, product, etc is going to the crapper, and you WILL NEVER get that back..

We are doing our best to have every sku in stock moving forward so that we can deliver without issues.
Over the course of the Winter, we did update our website elaborating on the damages caused by my hospital stay.

The chassis on the m5 was bent and I haven't had a license in 8 months. I got into a head-on-collision at 65mph.
We're getting back onto Bimmerpost and we're not expecting the warmest of welcomes........

Yea in todays age of ecommerce, people dont give a rats *** at times anymore, it sucks, and they will just chargeback and dont care... (but in retrospect, they really shouldnt have too) I know that sounds harsh, but I am not a member of the cancel colture etc, but nowadays people are Aholes, because they dont have to be in front of you, or look in your eyes.. they just hit a button, and thats the price that gets paid.
Making people whole on there purchase is the best and only thing you could have done to keep and make things right.. CONGRATS on that, and I support that 1000%

We were subject to $47,000 worth of charge backs and all parties that didn't receive their orders got their money back.

you want the admins to delete all the facts and then play like you dont know anything !
play dumb, play the victim , play what ever but KARMA will get its piece in time.

this is suppose to be an open forum and no one was threatened, nor harassed.

So what are the guidelines and rules for sponsors? At what point do you say, you can’t sponsor this forum because you’re not providing services that meet our minimum requirements. Apparently they’re non-existent and Internet Brands is desperate for more ad and sponsorship revenue. I hope that company goes under when forums die and social media (unfortunately) becomes the norm.
IB is responsible for destroying Audiworld in the late 2000’s, the largest and most active Audi community out there - high-value contributing members left it a ghost town and found alternatives like Audizine and the likes.

I've been watching and shaking my head in disbelief.
- 65mph "head on" with mandatory hospital stay turns into a 35mph run into the bushes with no airbag deployment 🤦♂️
- Mode Carbon routinely using the words "we" and "us" then stating "it's a one man army LOL...."
- Responding to customers on social media with "BANKRUPTCY" and "We are on the brink of insolvency" as an excuse for not delivering products, then back peddling and stating "our words were taken out of context" is proof that this vendor is untrustworthy and trouble.

We had 50-60 refunds/charge-backs in a short period of time which severely injured our banking.
Now we have 1 or 2 people who need refunds and they will receive them adequately.
We've been in business for 10 years and we began seriously stumbling once Covid started.
Every single business in our County was shut down due to the fact that nobody knew the harm that the illness could cause.
This all started with a few fitment issues that we had with a couple customers and those customer got their money back.
Please don't change my testimony regarding my accident. I was traveling at a cruising speed of 65mph when a car in the opposing direction took my right of way and I crashed into them head on.
Mode Carbon is an LLC made of many factors, i.e., manufacturer, private label, web developer, research and development department, shipping, sales, etc...
I as a Operating manager am in charge of overseeing all of these aspects. Like I said words are being taken out of context and we are subject to slander.
The customer asked for a refund, we came onto this forum at the mercy of the client stating that if/when you are unhappy we have rebates and incentives for our customers.
Now we have 1 or 2 people who need refunds and they will receive them adequately.
