Pretty much all the existing 'tip replacements' are just replacing the fake with more fake.
You'd prob need an exhaust shop to do any custom type of real routing from the mufflers out through the openings.

Yeah, I noticed that too when I rented a C63 recently. They look ridiculous. What I'd do is paint the muffler black around the outlet, so the fake tips don't look that awful. With everything black, at least they won't stand out as fake.
