C63/s 1/4 Mile Thread

Nice runs I know weather and track conditions are a big factor but for those mods I would expect better numbers if not the et because of traction at least mph I would like to see a 126 mph trap. Do you know what the DA was that day.
#53
Traction is still a big issue, I lifted off the gas on a couple of runs as the car went sideways.
Doesnt weistec only run 11.1 with there stage 2???
Not sure what Eurcharged stage 2 cars are running and I think times in Australia seem to be slower than in the States, I maybe wrong.
Going to try and get out to the track again this week if the rain ever stops and see if I can take a couple of hundredths off by using Race Start.

Me either!! I’ve been trying to get a hold of Greg but haven’t heard back...shoot him a message for me and have him pm/email me.
Also you might consider getting a set of drag radials for the strip to help get out of the hole and keep it straight/safe. I plan on mounting drag radials on my original rear wheels for track duty and I think they should be able to cut 1.3-1.5 60’ depending on da, track prep, etc. That would drop your current et .45-1.0 seconds which is a lot! Even a 1.5 60’ would knock .45-.60 off and put you in the 10’s. Chasing et’s are always make or break in the first half of the track so lmk if you want any input on tires brotha.

May try semi’s on my next runs and Race Start to see if I can shave my times.

Made it out to the track tonight, finally had some cool dry weather in Texas.
My only mods are a Dinan tune and 305 Pilot Sport 4S's on the rear. Full weight Coupe with a 1/4 tank gas.
11.5 @ 127 MPH
I could only manage a 2.0 60 ft even with the 305's. Dragy measured a 0-60 MPH of 3.76 seconds (3.47 seconds with a 1 foot roll out).
When I ran bone stock in New Hampshire, I did an 11.6 @ 122 MPH but was able to cut a better 1.9 60 ft due to better conditions and less power. If I could get it to hook up better on the launch with a 1.8 60 ft or better, I think an 11.1-11.0 is possible. Downpipes and drag radials may be enough to run high 10's on stock turbos. The biggest issue is heat soak and pulling timing on the back half of the track. My first run is usually always the fastest of the day. Water/meth and/or an E85 tune would do wonders for the top end.

When I was tuned I could get 1.8s 60ft routinely with a little brake boost and a decent burnout. Might work for ya. I could never get launch control to control grip without wheelhop.

Stock turbo world record
Looking to set something up similar to what they have on the w204 c63 side.
To get your time put in we need
also to anyone wondering I am listing stock as no power adders. Tune, exhaust, downpipes are not stock. Lowering springs or any other mostly visual modifications go into the stock category.

- a list of mods if any
- if your vehicle is a coupe or sedan.

Drag radials should be available as an OEM option
I love how this thread was dead until October/November. And then we see back to back ET and trap speed records being broken with stock turbo's.

Just read this lol
Starting to get the vibe that the sedans are slightly quicker than the coupes, I wonder if the 2.82s make it hook better, a little less power on the bottom
