Bluetooth Phone Audio
New to the forum after lurking a while to get a bit of a knowledge base on my new (to me) 2015 C63S Sedan Edition 1.
One issue that has stymied me: The volume of a bluetooth hands-free phone call is really low, to the point of being almost inaudible.
In my Audi, you used the volume knob to change the phone volume, but that doesn't appear to do anything in the MB. Also, the phone audio sounds like it's coming from a single source, down beside the driver's seat (coming from the driver's door, I guess), instead through the whole audio system. The manual (printed and digital) gives instructions that don't seem to coincide with what I see on the screen: I have the Command audio system (8" screen).
Any help would be appreciated!
If so, you're likely having the really screwy Bluetooth issues that Google has yet to fix.
Otherwise, try turning the volume up on your phone itself. Your phone thinks it's connected to a BT headset, and has a separate volume control.
