More cracking and popping in auto versus manuel mode?
I just hit 2.5k km and I always drives in individual mode. Exhaust open, s+ and comfort suspension with manuel shifting.
Yesterday for the first time, I drove in D and wow is the only thing I can say when it auto downshifts. My wife was like omg, why it sounded like it's shooting flames.
Anyone else notice this? Maybe it's the fact that it's shifting and downshifting at a higher rpm compared to me.

On my car cracking and popping may affected by the air humidity and temp. Also some times 91 octane gas(non ethanol) seems has more loud bang than 93 or 94.

You already figured it out; it's downshifts at higher RPMs that yield the additional pops and crackles. If you've been short shifting while in Manual the entire time, then yeah, you won't exactly hear it very often.
Downshift when you dip to 3k rpm, and you'll get the symphony all the time.
