So ive had a mercedes with CarPlay in the past and this c63 I purchased has multimedia which prevents having CarPlay ( which is extremely stupid) .. Ive seen a video from a shop out of socal that has carplay running on a c43 with multimedia so it has to be possible. Does anyone know how to begin this process ? google and searching this forum is not easy for an answer .. im willing to be the test dummy that rips things apart to get this working .

Did you sell your 2017 E43? I'm driving 2018 E300 loaner with CarPlay and it's not something that i'd want to retrofit in my C coupe for $$$$$$...
