Anyone from New Zealand?
Just putting this out there...we're considering moving from the US to NZ and unfortunately, it looks like my LHD C63s won't be able to be registered for use on the roads in NZ, so the cars will have to be sold beforehand (I can keep my motorcycle). LOVE this car and would actually like to get another one that is good for NZ. I'm seeing that the cost is quite a bit more than in the US though (after adjusting for currency exchange). Would love any thoughts, advice, etc.
Thanks!
Thanks!

There is a good second hand market here. Cars are either NZ new (sold new in NZ by Mercedes) or imported from the UK (also right hand drive).
The NZ new models all come with 3 years servicing and warranty - so they are generally the best to buy because they have a recorded history and regular servicing. They are also fully optioned here. The only add ons were ceramics and the exterior carbon kit from memory.
You could also look to import from the UK. That's more complicated and cars generally are not fully optioned, but you can potentially get a good deal depending on the exchange rate (it was great buying after brexit - not as good now).
Best place to look for a second hand car is www.trademe.co.nz.
You can also buy new if you wanted, but be prepared to lose 15% as soon as you drive it out of the showroom.
Hope that helps.
Oh - and you can also get the estate here. Much more popular here than in the US.

Thanks for all the info!! Been looking at trademe a lot now lately for everything. It'll still be a hit selling my car here and buying a second hand, but maybe I can get the wagon or something. I'm visiting soon, so maybe I'll check out one of the dealers.
