Can't order C63S anymore?

Can't order C63S anymore?
I've visited two dealers in CA and was told the custom orders were closed for 2018 production cars. What gives so early? I also got 6% off MSRP for a dealer custom build car currently on the ship. Is this good deal? I'm aiming for 8%.

Each model year, production ends usually in late spring/early summer, and factory retools a month or two for subsequent MY builds which will hit the dealerships by late summer.
Since 2019 has a redesign, they may end it earlier since there's more changes to be made.
6% is a piddly discount; you should be able to get more for anything that's already OTW that you can't customize. They run the risk of it sitting on the lot for months because the 2019s are inbound.

I also tried to order a C63s coupe a few weeks ago and have to wait. I could get one that is in stock for about $11,500 off but don't really like the build. That was and upgrade offer they sent me. I think I'll just hold off for a bit.

i have just ordered the facelift C63s Tmodell(Estate) in EU it should arrive in September(i can only configure it sometime in July) , i got 10% off the car and 3% of the car value i can spend on Mercedes Parts(will spend it on winter wheels)

False alarm folks, basically Mercedes Benz Steven's Creek lied about not being able to order custom builds to sell off their stock cars.
I'm trying to locate an honest dealership now who will give me true deal.
