2019 MY Wheel Sizes and Tire Fittment

I'm looking into ordering a 2019 c63s sedan and possibly getting the Dinan tune installed. If I choose to get the car tuned, I want to put bigger tires on the car so that I can actually put the power down. I was hoping to put 295s or 305s on it. While looking at the PDF for the 2019 MY, I noticed that the rear wheels are now 19x10.5 for the sedan (I believe they were 19x9.5 before, no?). I'm assuming this may change things as far as fitment goes. Does anyone know if 295 or 305 size tires would fit without issue in the rear on a 19x10.5 wheel?

You did not say if they are a 30 or 35 aspect tire --If a 35 the 10.5 is the perfect and Mich makes the PS4S in that size but they don't seem to make the 305/35/19 but do make the 305/30/19 and it is in the range to work with a 10.5 in wheel.

Specs have not changed, do some searching for applicable tire sizing on the OEM wheels.

Apparently, they have changed. Here's the page of the new PDF with wheel/tire specs.

Its hard to believe that the sedans are coming out with 10.5s in the rear with only 265 wide tires. That is quite the stretch for the tires and would not recommend hardcore driving. Either way, the sedan can fit up to 11-inch rims with 305s in the back with 30 sidewall or 25 sidewall depending on whether its 19inch rims or 20inch rims. I got my sedan fitted with 305s in the rear with 11inch rims. You can put 295s and 305s for sure on a 10.5. Check out my thread if you are interested.

Awesome, thanks! I spoke with the sales guy today and should be speccing my allocation sometime this month. I'll likely leave the stock tires on for a few thousand miles at least before making the swap I'm thinking.
