New C63s, Euro delivery aspects pertinant here

So just got back after after 13 days with my new ride. Heads up display was a must for safely using the Nav unit in Europe, where streets are a maze and you will be hopelessly lost otherwise.
Went to Mexico via a toll road in an unnamed country somewhere East of Germany, so to speak. With 1800 miles on the car I was starting to try Sport and Sport+ modes and had legally hit 208 Kph (125+ Mph) once on the Autobahn exiting Germany. An M4 flew by at well over 200 KPH, and since the road was open and excellent quality, we confirmed that his speed governor kicks in at 250 Kph and mines does not. Note, I do not have Distronic which in some countries apparently is a must order option or MBZ limits cars to 250 Kph also. I had Rock This Town by the Stray Cats playing on CD and my girlfriend was "dancing" to it so she was oblivious to what we were doing!
The car was a dream and in Brilliant Blue Metallic drew attention everywhere. 28% of all MBZ's sold in Germany are basic Obsidian Black.
In Linkcoping Sweden we stopped to pee and get a coffee refill at a gas plaza. When we came out there were 35 BMW's in the parking lot, many M4's and M5's and most with mods like lowering or upgraded wheels. I got to talking with some guys that had parked their sedan next to me and they confirmed it was a local club event. They wanted to hear my engine with the HP exhaust; apparently that is a banned option in Sweden due to local laws.
Thanks a lot and enjoy the ride!
A navigation system is a must in Europe because the roads are so different than here. Roads are narrow, often one-way, have lanes that branch off with little signage, are frequently closed or restricted for repair, etc. We would have found it almost impossible to get around major cities like Berlin without navigational help.
That said, before picking up my new car I had a Volkswagen rental with a nav system that was worse than worthless. I never did manage to find the drop off point in Stuttgart. I had my hotel call the rental agency and come pick the car up.
